How do I apply?

Where can I find a copy of my lease?

Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?
Yes.
Are single occupancy rooms available?
No.
How do I add a roommate?
This must be completed through the leasing office.
Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
We offer, 1 assigned space for 1 bedroom units, 2 & 3 bedroom floor plans that do not have a garage. The townhouse floorplans have the garage and space outside of the garage, for parking. All guest spaces are first come, first serve.
Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed?
If you need something fixed, submit a maintenance request on the resident portal. For all other concerns, please call the leasing office directly.
Is the community pet friendly?
Yes.
What is the pet policy?
Maximum 2 pets allowed, Maximum weight limit is 65lbs. Call the office directly for breed restrictions. All residents must register with Petscreening.com, even if you don’t have a pet.

How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?
During business hours, contact the office. After hours, you have to call a locksmith.
